We put a raised guard around the pressure button because a rifle light that wakes up inside a case is a dead light by the time you need it. Behind it sits a 1750-lumen LED that throws about 240 meters, with a green, red or blue laser, or no laser at all if your optic does the aiming.

Product highlights

The head extends forward of the mount, so the beam clears the handguard and leaves only a thin barrel shadow. The laser has its own square button and the light has the bigger one, so you can tell them apart by touch in the dark. One press gives steady, two quick presses give strobe, a long press gives momentary; strobe works on both the light and the beam.

Four lights on the body read the built-in lithium polymer cell: one red means under 25 percent, four mean 75 to 100. It recharges over USB and mounts on M-LOK or Picatinny with a tight, low profile.

Questions owners ask

Does the guard make the light hard to switch on?
No. The pad is sensitive enough for a thumb; the guard only stops a strap or the side of a case from pressing it.

Which version if I run a red dot?
Light only, if your optic already gives you the aiming point. Pick a laser version if you want a reference with the rifle unshouldered.

I was sceptical that this light/laser combo would be any good. first impression is that the build quality is excellent. the mounting hardware it comes with makes it very versatile. I opted for the picatinny mount and it is nice and snug but still low profile. Mlok mounting works perfect. Bought for my Sub2K. I have Surfires, Streamlights, Holosuns, Olights, Wuben, and even the Braun pistol light from HF. Build quality feels decent. The beam and reflector look great, no weird distortions. For the money it’s the brightest weapon light I’ve gotten so far.
