Returns and warranty for SOLOFISH lights

Before you send it back

  1. Charge it fully; a deep-drained cell can look like a dead light.
  2. On models with a mode switch, check it is not set to laser only or light only.
  3. Check the clamp: a reversed clamp on the 1750 rifle light causes a loose fit and stripped threads.
  4. Re-seat the rail key in a slot and tighten the screw.

Returns

Returns and refunds are handled through the order page of the store you bought from, within its return window. Start there; keep the box and the accessories.

Warranty claims

Warranty replacements also go through the store's order page. Describe the fault clearly: which button, which mode, what the indicator shows. If you are unsure how to describe it, write to our desk and we will help you put it in words.

What a warranty cannot cover

Opening the sealed body, stripped threads from an upside-down clamp, and damage from charging with a lead that is not meant for the light.
