A pistol laser light combo puts a weapon light and a laser in one housing on your accessory rail. Ours run from a compact 450-lumen model to a 1500-lumen pistol light with a mode switch, with green, red, blue or purple lasers, strobe on both outputs and adjustable rail mounts for compact and full-size pistols.

Choosing a pistol laser light combo

Start with the pistol, not the light. Look at the rail: compact and full-size pistols with a slotted 1913 or GL rail fit all of our combos. Slim subcompact rails do not, and a pistol with no rail slot cannot take a weapon light at all without an adapter. Then measure the space between the slot and the trigger guard; our aluminum dual-laser model needs about 0.96 inch.

Next, decide how much light you want. 450 to 500 lumens is plenty for a hallway and keeps the combination small. 800 lumens is where most of our owners land, with about 60 grams on the rail. 1500 lumens gives you output to illuminate a whole yard, at a little more size and weight.

Output, runtime and control

Runtime is the trade for output. On our 800-lumen models you get about 75 minutes of light, 60 minutes of light and laser, and up to 16 hours of laser alone. The 1500-lumen pistol light adds a mode selection switch so you choose laser only, light only or both before you holster.

Control is ambidextrous on every combo: one press for steady, two for strobe, and a long press for momentary on most models. Memory on the dual-beam model keeps the last mode you used, and the three-color power indicator shows green, yellow or red so the battery never surprises you.

Fit, holsters and removal

Adjustable and slidable rail mounts let you set the light forward or back to match your holster and your trigger finger. Our 1913 and GL combo ships with interchangeable rail adapters. To remove a light, loosen the single screw, slide it forward off the rail and keep the adapter with it; when you mount it again, check zero before you trust the laser.

Holster makers cut light-bearing holsters for specific light and pistol pairs. Check the dimensions on the model page before you order a holster, and keep the light in the same position each time you mount it.

Laser color for a pistol

Green is the most visible in daylight and is our most popular. Red is the classic and the least expensive. Blue and purple stand out against green foliage and many indoor walls. Dual-beam models let you carry two colors and pick with the button.

Designed for durability

Every combo is designed around high-strength fiber-reinforced polymer or aluminum, so durability under recoil is part of the performance, not an extra. Power stays visible on a three-color indicator, and high output never comes at the price of a light that rattles loose.

In most US states a civilian may mount a Class IIIa laser on a pistol, but local rules differ, especially for hunting. Check your state and city regulations before you carry or hunt with one.

A laser helps when you cannot get a full sight picture: shooting from cover, in low light or with a flashlight in the other hand. It does not replace practice with your iron sights.
